Web Accessibility Statement

Help Us Improve This Site

Addup.org is committed to providing a fully accessible web experience.  We have outlined three phases for making Addup.org accessible.

· Phase I: Comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Bobby Accessibility Standards.  To learn more about the regulations governing the accessibility of Federal electronic information, please read the Synopsis of Section 508 Accessibility Requirements.  As improvements are made to the site, we will test again and make changes as necessary.  In addition, we plan to do testing at regular intervals, to insure long-term compliance.

· Phase II: Continue to utilize our ongoing web accessibility protocol with web testers who live with a wide range of disabilities in order to provide us with feedback to guide us as we move forward with development.

· Phase III: Explore the feasibility of providing multimedia formats and address Addup.org’s compatibility with various assistive technologies.

We strive to meet the accessibility needs for a broad cross-section of society.  If you use assistive technology (such as a Braille reader, a screen reader, TTY, etc.) and the format of any material on our web sites interferes with your ability to access the information, please email Addup for assistance.   This is your website, and as such, we welcome your feedback, and any accessibility-related suggestions that you may have.  To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of your accessibility issue, the preferred format in which you would like to receive the material, and your contact information.
